Refund policy
To avoid people wearing and returning items, we do not accept returns at all.
Any exchanges will be for SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY. You may NOT exchange it for a different item. All items brought or sent back for exchange must be BRAND NEW as you received it- unworn and in resalable condition with no noticeable odors or it will not be accepted for an exchange.
If your item is returned to Exotic Studio by the courier service, you are responsible for the shipping cost so if you decide you no longer want the item(s), all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
If there is an issue with the quality of your item, you will need to notify us via email at support@theexoticstudio.com within 2 days of delivery. Past 2 days in your possession, your product is considered acceptable and ineligible for an exchange or refund. All defective items need to be returned to the company in order to receive a refund. A return label will be provided. If you decide to keep the item, then you opt to keep it "as is" for full price.
